So today is sat oct the 23rd ok so Today I kinda polled all my all my artist I have 1 hip-hop group 1Rapper sub genera would include Rock 1New York Street performer and 1 voice/radio personality. 1Socially progressive rapper.
So that makes 5 well since they all use microphones I started there who uses what? who likes what?
Of these 5 (1) is a Female so with her i started with her head as in Hair products.
I once worked at a fast food restaurant and I learned 2 things that I was not good under lunch rush pressure second thing was If I though about what I was doing I went even slower. none the less and my point is that There is a system that must be repeated until it is muscle memory. Start Left to right and top to bottom. Sounds simple But at a big Restaurant the details will have you going in circles and thats not good for overhead and who wants to close for more than 2 hours?
Okay so with the artist Start at the top If they have hair see who uses what, what on their face, do they wear jewelry?Make up? Eyelashes? Hair extensions? hair color do they have tattoos? are they Sold on a particular kind of Soothing Tea or Coffee? I mean after all they use their voices for a living. what about Cigarettes? (This is something that is going to prevent one from getting affordable insurance so hope they will stop before the toll is taken) since we are now at the mouth Tooth paste, mouth wash, whitening strips? again Tattoos never know where folks have them things . At this point do they work out maybe we can scare up a Fitness equipment Sponsor. Since they are at the Gym and all healthy what do they drink to keep them Energized?*50cent* do they just already love a particular beverage? ok so Alcohol is fine too but if they are a alky you'll be pissed off at them pretty soon for drinking rather than working. For this I suggest to use it as a Promotional Tool Get in touch with the Alcoholic Beverage Distributor See if they have a new Drink coming out they want to promote Have say like the First 40 virgos get a free drink! hey it was a thought!!
Heck if in California maybe get a Weed sponsor he he. I jest thats a invite for the Feds to come and Bust you with a drug charge don't do that.

I can go on but see what they already like and hope that it will be a good fit for your potential sponsor.
make the sponsor see that because you already have a following and that you love this product already that it will be an honest heartfelt endorsement. Also the Sponsor is Looking for the opportunity to cross promote and Broaden the products awareness. This is Of course the first step in the process because unless you are a trust-fund baby You will need help making and Refining your Act or in my case I want my groups to go on tour! So here is my pitch for Boost mobile: I love Boost mobile phones or at least the Customer Retention tools they use They have a program called Shrinkage after 6 months of on time bill payment you will receive a 5dollar credit cool thats a ring tone! and it will take your bill all the way down to 35$ if you stay on long enough, I have had service with them for like 5 years now and I don't want a post paid phone and you couldn't give me one Free*I mean that too* they have smart phones they have androids they have basic phones what ever your price point is they have it. and now Even they have insurance on the phones. that is unheard of on a prepaid phone account!

I posted the web info to 3 persons who are looking to switch the Phone just because over the life of service I have had I have gotten near 15 dollars credits ringtones and other stuff.
well that is it for my first steps to gaining Sponsorships the next blog will be me compiling Data and organizing it so it is appetizing to a potential sponsor.
